Rosenstraße (2021; 4:3; 14 Min)
Rosenstraße is an audiovisual meditation on dementia, memory, and the emotional spaces in between. Created in collaboration with my grandmother during the final years of her life, the film explores the reality of thoughts without words or images—an attempt to approach the silence of forgetting with empathy, sound, and light.
It’s a work about letting go and letting in. A quiet homage to a century of life, and to the spirit of family that shaped me.
Directed, filmed, and edited by Cassian Noah.
